PAKS Gallery and MAMAG Museum invite to exhibit at Cannes Film Festival, Art Basel Week and Carrousel du LouvreMy husband is an artist. I work with him taking care of communication, finding galleries, art fairs, biennales etc. He was also contacted by Heinz Playner. It's a vanity Gallery and nothing more. The Other Art Fair, London UKIt's actually not. Saatchi Art was bought by Leaf Group, the same group of companies that now owns The Other Art Fair. Part of the deal when buying Saatchi art was NOT to use the name Saatci and they have been to court for this. They are clearly taking advantage of people making them think that Saatchi is part of The Other Art fair when they are not. The Other Art Fair, London UKMy experience in London with them weas extremely disappointing. They were trying to upsell me everything with huge mark ups. I had to pay hundreds in order to have a chair to sit on during the event. Having talked to fellow participating artists, they seemed to struggle to land any sales. I have received an invitation from Galerie Sonia Monti from Paris, to participate to a collective show over a whole year at no cost, other than the shipping of the artworks at the Gallery on the announced day. The invitation was kinda “too-nice-to-be-true”. Read the contract several times and could not find any flaws to it.
