Excellance art Gallery in Mirabella, Spain
I received an Instagram message from @excellanceartgallery from Guiseppe Carnevale. He then called me- I did ask him to- after he went to my website and saw my work. A very congenial fellow I must say- and he offered me a solo show in Spain with up to 20 paintings, one painting in a show in Paris, one painting in a show in Monte Carlo, and two paintings in a show in Porto Banos, Spain. Plus a single page in a prominent European Art Magazine. And the package price is 15,500 Euros….. I haven’t seen him or the gallery listed here as as scam and wanted to get input from you all?

My experience and opinion:
Just started with him with a pack exhibition and representation for one year; it finally had been five years collaborating. In 2021 was my first solo exhibition in Art Marbella Art Café as the physical gallery with a successfull result. Now a days, even the gallery format had changed there are always different places as headquarters that the artworks got visibility.
I would not have a long relationship colaboration with Giuseppe Carnevale as an art promoter if I would not feel him profesional, proactive and polite. He offers you more than he propoused on the first deal. I have had a lot of visibility during this years in nacional and international art fairs, private events, newspapers, radio, tv, magazines and different social media.
In my humble oppinion, I respect every comment I have read. But it is not my experience and feeling during all this time about Excellence Art Gallery and Mr. Carnevale.
Ps: I am not a chatbot or a friend, it is ondly my opinion.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT – EXCELLENCE ART GALLERY
From Excellence Art Gallery, we wish to publicly respond to a series of false, unfounded, and clearly defamatory statements circulated by profiles operating under the name “ANONIMUS.”
First of all, we consider it necessary to provide context regarding the origin of these publications. These are anonymous profiles that, for months, have been acting repeatedly across different platforms, using multiple identities. This behavior—based on the systematic dissemination of unsubstantiated accusations—lacks credibility and offers no verifiable evidence.
Below, we respond clearly and directly to the claims made:
1. Regarding the gallery’s headquarters
The current headquarters of Excellence Art Gallery is located at Plaza Santo Cristo nº 9 in Marbella, a location that was previously communicated to Google. Visits to the gallery require a prior appointment to ensure the presence of the Artistic Director, Giuseppe Carnevale. Contact phone numbers are available on the website and on Google.
A change of headquarters is common practice in any business activity and, in this case, also reflects a strong integration within the Marbella environment. Therefore, any insinuation to the contrary is completely false.2. Regarding contact with clients
It has been stated that the gallery contacts numerous individuals, which is not only normal but inherent to any commercial activity. Establishing communication with artists, collectors, and potential clients is an essential part of operating an art gallery. Considering this as something negative demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the sector.3. Regarding “packages” or fees
Like any professional company, Excellence Art Gallery sets fees for its services, especially in the context of prestigious international art fairs such as Monaco, Brussels, or Paris. These costs are aligned with the relevance and level of such events. Criticism in this regard lacks commercial logic and foundation, as it unrealistically suggests that such participation should be free of charge.4. Regarding the quality of exhibitions
As an example, we highlight some of our most recent participations:International fair in Monaco (September 19–21, 2025), at the Chapiteau de Fontvieille, with an official 40 m² stand included in the event catalogue, organized by ART3F.
International contemporary art fair in Brussels (November 21–23, 2025), organized by ART3F, with official participation.
Marbella Design Art 2026 (March 19–29, 2026), at the Marbella Exhibition and Congress Palace, where we officially participated in its eighth edition.Additionally, on March 24, 2026, the recognized media outlet Europa Press published an article highlighting the success of our participation.
5. Regarding artistic direction
The statements directed at the Artistic Director, Giuseppe Carnevale, are entirely unfounded and lacking in rigor. Mr. Carnevale has led the gallery since 2015, with a well-documented track record in publications and activities within the art sector.Conclusion
The statements spread by these profiles not only lack factual basis but also clearly demonstrate an intention to damage the reputation of our gallery through the repeated dissemination of false content.From Excellence Art Gallery, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency, professionalism, and the quality of our work, supported by our participation in international fairs and recognition from media outlets.

They also contacted me on Instagram, too expensive and not entirely transparent. I also asked a friend who lives in Marbella and said, Excellence Art Gallery doesn’t exist at their address

I was contacted a few months back and, since I was visiting in Marbella and staying very close, in Guadalpin, I tried to visit Excellence Art Gallery. but when I went to their location on the Golden Mile, I couldn’t find any gallery. I asked next door, and was told that they closed years ago —very sad.

You should be cautious. You are paying for something you cannot see. These gallery offerrings are making their money off of you paying the fee and not the sale of your work.

I was contacted on my page, and after a conversation, I had some doubts about the gallery’s reach.
I encourage fellow artists to remain curious but to conduct thorough research, ask specific questions, and seek feedback from others before engaging.

In my case, my experience as an artist with Excellence Art Gallery has been positive. I understand that there may be different opinions, but personally, it has brought me a lot. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in international exhibitions in cities such as Paris, Monaco, Brussels, and Barcelona, which has helped me gain experience and showcase my work beyond my local environment.
Also, just to clarify, the gallery is indeed open in Marbella (Plaza Santo Cristo 9), where some of my works are currently on display. I believe it’s important to listen to the direct experiences of artists rather than relying only on rumors.
