Contemporary Art Curator (Magazine)Art Collectors Prize. It has been an ordeal. An honest mistake of not recognizing the company led me to report a fraudulent charge, which I quickly reviewed and notified my bank and PayPal. Pashmin Art Gallery – HamburgStay away from this gallery. They`´re a bunch of fraudsters, run by Nour Nouri. They promise you scccess, rip you off and then you never get it. Vision Art Fair
I paid these people a deposit for a female only art fair that they were organising for March 2020. They then said there were problems at the venue and they would have to cancel. Several emails from them later promising a refund and nothing yet!!! Anyone else get involved with this?

Anybody have experience with Murze magazine? Saw their open call and submitted based on the prospectus…then upon further research I discovered that there was no mention of an actual person, let alone persons, writing and editing the articles – only the “Murze” editorial team. Read through their articles and found substantial editing and grammatical errors – almost “scammy.” The submission fee was only around $10 but still…seems like a scam. Can anybody confirm or deny this? Thank you!

Upon arrival to this 3 day “Fine Art Fair” (November 8,9 and 10th, 2019), there were no indications for the direction of the show (the map they sent was missing the other half of the directions) or where to set up. I was contacted by this gallery via Instagram. It is a brick and mortar site. I got suspicious because my art doesn’t look anything like what they have displayed in the past. The charge large fees up front per piece ● 1 painting/drawing/print, up to 14” x 11” $150 ● 1 painting/drawing/print, up to 24” x 18” $200 ● 1 painting/drawing/print, up to 40” x 30” $250 And of course there are other fees and 50% commission I didn’t take Adriaan Van der Plas up on the invitation
