Zürcher Gallery
Gwenolee Zürcher calls herself an advocate for women artists but instead of supporting them she is charging them thousands of dollars to be in group shows to support her gallery space. Ladies, don’t do it. BEWARE!

Exactly. She charges women artists to be in group shows while fairs are going on in NY for two weeks and then sells nothing.

The gallery owner is not responsible when works they exhibit don’t sell.

What are gallery owners responsibilities then, please tell us. If selling isn’t there responsibility, then why do I need a gallerist? We could all be gallery owners! Just buy or rent a space and rip off artists. Oh wait, that’s exactly how vanity galleries work…
